Hello,The roof in question is needing further repairsIt was a bad install (not installed by Summit) and we agreed to attempt to fix itWe made progress fixing some of it, but as the customer is stating-some of the efforts made have not been successfulPrior to my conversation with the homeowner (yesterday), I was unaware of their continued leaksI have spoken with our repair tech and the [redacted] satisfaction will be a matter of priority.JasonSummit Building & Roofing

Jason did know about the leaks The last time I spoke to him, Ty and Jason were discussing the leaks and trying to figure out how to fix the problems Ty came out yesterday and repaired the problems I listed in my complaint Hopefully this will finally fix the problems I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, Julie Howard

We will abide by your request to have no contactHowever, If you would like copies of the licenses for the subcontractors used on your property so that you can see that the subs requiring such were in fact licensed (and paid for all work completed while we were involved with your project)-we will be happy to provide these to youWe will also be happy to give you copies of the inspections required and passed for your home including electric, plumbing, HVAC, framing and insulation

Jason did know about the leaks.  The last time I spoke to him, Ty and Jason were discussing the leaks and trying to figure out how to fix the problems.  Ty came out yesterday and repaired the problems I listed in my complaint.  Hopefully this will finally fix the problems.
