March 10,2015Revdex.com [redacted] ***Re: ResponseID#: [redacted] Name: [redacted] Address: [redacted] ***To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to [redacted] complaint filed on February 12, [redacted] never spoke with myself prior to submitting this claim and the letter wasn’t received until after [redacted] repairs was finished and he paid for and picked up his vehicleIf he had an issue with my mechanics work, I wish he would have spoken to me personallyI have since spoke with the mechanic that was assigned to, his repairs and the mechanic said he was working as quickly as he could with the other mechanics due to the amount of vehicles that were scheduled at that time, alsoI believe [redacted] was able to pick up this vehicle, repaired, on February 13th or 14thI apologize for the inconvenience that was caused to [redacted] and hope that he has since found a suitable mechanic to repair his vehicles in a timely manner for the future.If you have any questions, please feel free to call.Sincerely, [redacted] President
