Review: I contracted the company to turning up my system as we were having an event at the house. After they left the system stopped working. I called them back the same day to let them know that the system was not working, however they said that they could not come back until the next day, I was not going to be home so I asked my mother in-law to be there to let them in. He came spent 10 minutes and told my in-law that he forgot to turn something back on. A couple of hours later the unit stopped working again. I called back again as the event at our home was the next day. I spoke to a woman who said she was the owner. She was rude and nasty to me and she said that her worker didn't do anything wrong to the system. I explained that the unit was working and now it's was not and they are the only company that have serviced the unit. She try telling me that I need to order a part which had nothing to do with the fact that the unit was working before they came and after their technician left the unit was not working. For a service call I paid $780 and ended up not having the unit work at all. She hung up on me and when I called back she scream at me say that she need to talk to her technician and call me back. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. I ended up calling another company to fix the unit. Their technician broke internal temperature gauge when he opened the unit. It costed me an additional $100+ to fix it.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back which I paid to fixing the gauge that he broke.
