Case #[redacted] – [redacted] contacted the office of Summer Wind
Apartments concerning her master bathroom ceiling leaking on August 31, 2015. The same day Summer Wind maintenance staff
went to apt 12-and were unable to locate any leak
When Ms[redacted] called back to the office in September
and reported the leak again the manager called a certified plumbing company to come
out and inspect the leak. At which time he
could not find any leak as well
Again in October 2015, Ms[redacted] contacted the
office about the leaking and again the plumber came out and inspected
along with the maintenance men, and there was no leaking. While the Maintenance staff looked at that the
apartment above, and while plumbers and maintenance were looking for the leak,
Ms[redacted] contacted the Code Enforcement for the City of AuburnWhen they arrived they also found no leakLater that Fall, Ms[redacted] again called City code enforcement out again, and again they found no leakManagement considers this issue resolved
