*** and his crew at Summertime Pools did a great job plastering my pool and installing new LED lightsProfessional, prompt and a pleasure to work withGreat communication
Sloppy work, mismatched grout around coping, new deck issues, uneven and worn pool grout due to acid wash after they damaged it with plaster
This project had a strong start and a very weak finish Very poor attention to detailsSpecific issues include: new concrete deck stamps not square with house and we can show images to prove this (it's clearly off), new tile was not covered during replastering of pool and dark grout was covered in plaster which took weeks of scrubbing and acid washing to remove (by their recommended provider), grout is now worn and discolored, plumbing pipe was tiled over (their mistake) so they had to remove coping to fix which left a bad patch job with mismatched groutWe also advised them of potential leak in pool, which they said they would look into prior to full remodel They did notSo, after pool was complete and water was replaced, leak was still presentHad to hire a leak fix crew to dig under the deck to fix at a premium costTo be fair, Summer
