Review: My problem is the lack of help and contact. Instead of them coming to me I'm force to call them sevral times for help on find me a place to rent even though it's there job to. They told me and two other people no one else has put in for this apartment. So Ok, we figured it was a for sure thing. We go down get are money and pay them they where very happy and seemed helpful. This was Friday the weekend they do not work and money was a holiday. I come in after work and now three people have signed up before me... Three people other the weekend sign application in front of me... Really. Well Ok they will all be processed.. Week go by I have not heard back call to no pick up and automated machine during business hours way before they where closed took them over a day to get back right before closing time. We did not get it. OK that's fine we will keep looking I have called three more times and no call back I have emailed with no reply back. I fill like they stole are money and no longer care to help us find a place to stay.Desired Settlement: I would honestly like a place to live... And if they can't push are paperwork through I would like my money back since they are not willing to provide the help we need and that they should offer.
