If I could rate this I would On July 24, our air went out and I called to have our ac unit looked at The tech did return my call in a timely fashion but was so rude It was approximately 830am in the morning, and he had the nerve to tell me that it was only degrees out right now and it would probably be best if I called back Monday because my call wasn't really an emergency He said it was more for senior's or people with medical conditions That day we had a heat advisory where we were supposed to have indexes of up to I believe Not like he cared but my son does have a medical condition

I have apologized directly to Mrs. [redacted] for...
her experience with her tune up and returned her check to her as per our satisfaction guarantee.
We did perform a very in-depth cleaning and safety inspection of the 18 yr old furnace at the [redacted] home. Our visit was performed by a certified technician that has over 15 yrs of experience in furnace service and repair. The technician's inspection found the furnace operating but he did have concern over one of the electrical components in the furnace showing signs of a very short life expectancy. He made a recommendation and was given permission by the homeowner to replace that component before it failed completely. Even with our best intentions in mind- infrequently, when an older furnace is taken apart and put back together during our normal tune up process it can cause a marginally operating component to become unreliable and intermittently fail. That was the case in this instance. I have already refunded the entire invoice amount for the tune up as well as for the new part we installed as the customer had chosen to have the furnace repaired by a different service company. We always strive for our customers' 100% satisfaction and stand behind that. I'm very sorry that things didn't work out as striven for, but at very least I'm glad to have been able to keep our promise of a money-back guarantee.
