clarify exactly what he wanted doneUpon this clarification secured bids from my electrical contractor and plumber and wrote up a proposalAfter receiving the proposal he decided it was more then he wanted to spend so we met again and revised the Scope of WorkI again prepared a revised proposal based on our meetingHe again sent me the attached email Stating that the price was too high and he would have to do most of the work himself or get additional bidsMy reply to that email is also attached in which basically told him was no longer interested in spending more time bidding this job and I wished him much success with the projectI have never once said I wasn't sending him back his good faith depositI did tell him spent hours quoting and re-quoting the various jobs he wanted doneHe assumed that I wasn't sending him back his deposit based on the number of hours spent without charge At this time I am going to forward him, (his mother's trust), a check for SSince had to Spend more time answering letters to you, *** *** and the Revdex.com due to his numerous Complaints filed against meI think I am being more than farI've been in business for nine years and I've never ripped anyone off and I don't plan to Thank you for your time in this matter.Sincerely Bruce S***
