Summer Trace Apartments

The apartments I leave in towed my vehicle after my husband took the papers to the leasing office and showed them. A sticker was placed on my vehicle saying it would be towed unless it was driven to the office and I showed the paperwork for the tags. On 4-15-2016 my husband drove the car to the office and took the paperwork over there and te leasing agents were very rude and stated that they felt threatened and his luck ran out because the car was being towed anyone regardless of him having the paperwork. I called the office on 4-16-2016 and spoke to Rhonda. The first time I called she put me on hold for five minutes I hung up and called back and asked her was she putting me on hold because she didn't want to talk or was she busy, she started yellin through the phone and hung up on my face. I called back she picked the phone up and hung up on my face. I had to call from the 1800 number in order for her to pick the phone up. Once she picked the phone up I told her she was being unprofessional and I needed the number to corporate and she hung up again. I sent an email the same day addressing the issue. On 4-18-2016 I called Lesile at XXX-XXX-XXXX so I could talk to her about the issues. She was very rude while I was explaining the situation to her she didn't let me tell her anything she was believing what the office said and stated she was evict in me out of my apartment. I told her about my husband showing them the paperwork and she stated he had no business going to the office ten minutes before it closed so they towed it. I never recived the number for my leasing office I had to call other offices to get the number for corporate.Desired SettlementI want them to pay for my car to get out of the impound and I want to be let out of my lease. There is no reason for this complex to evict me.Business Response
