Summer Place Hotel

Review: Had called two days before checking in and no call returned. Checked in, went into the lobby at 3:30 and none was there and the lights were off and found an envelope on the desk with my name on it, read the room number and said turn lights on by the door. Went to the room, the door was unlocked, the windows were opened and the screens were all bend as though someone tried to get in. The sofa was to be a spare bed, the cushions were so bad, the springs in the frame were showing, the bedroom, the bed wasn't made, and it looked as though the sheets ere not changed. and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. The towels looked as though they were moldy. I had called to advise that this was unacceptable, and I was going to dispute the charge.Desired Settlement: to have the place remodeled or closed, it is unacceptable, this is the apt at the hotel.
