My year old son and I had to move out of these apartments after living there only days due to rats being in the unitAnd to make matters worse the property managers [redacted] and [redacted] KNEW that they were in thereThey did not handle the situation effectively at allAnd now they've put a collection on my credit reportI mean who in their right minds would PAY to live with RATS!? Especially having a child who is allergic to animals anywayThey were in the drawers night stands, bathroom, EVERYWHERE! I regret ever giving these people a penny of my moneyI should've just stayed at their sister property Summer Lodge [redacted] is a treat

To Whom It May concern
I'm writing to reach out for assistance and notification that Summer Key Apartments at Cedar Lake RdSW, Decatur, AL revoked on my lease contractI have been a tenant at Summer Key Apartments for the past years and my rent has never been lateMy job is relocating and I need to break the lease
Summer Key now wants me to pay rent for months before they release me from the lease contract (I talked with *** Manager and informed her that my job was relocating me out of the area*** completed a Lease Buyout Worksheet calling it an addendum in the lease increasing the buy-out fee) These hidden fees/charges are not listed on the Lease Agreement After review of the lease contract I believe that Summer Key Apartments has revoked on the lease agreement and rendered my lease void for the following reasons:
Summer Key Apartments has not provided pest control as stated in section VIII exterminating
Summer Key Apartments gave us a written statement
