I tried to return 3 baithing suits with them, and they refused to let me return for a refund. I have multiple different exchanges with them back and forth via email. The response below is just one of many of them trying to get me to keep the product and not give me my refund, which is $83.78, and I already kept some baithing suits that I purchased from them.

If return, it will spend much time in transportation. If the clothes are lost or we can't receive the parcel , we do not supply full payment for you.

Would it be a $15 refund to your payment account as compensation while you keep the item and send them to your friends or charity as a gift?
