Tile roof, Excellent Job! There is a long lead time with Tile Roof's and they had us prepared to wait for manufacturing. As soon as the tiles were available, it was done in 8 days. Initially they were only doing the tile roof. After the job was started, I asked them to do the flat roof also. They didn't miss a beat and it still only took 8 days. I highly recommend Summer Breeze Roofing.

(who is the Operations manager) not only gave me a 'Roofs 101' crash course, he did so with courtesy, kindness, and respect. As most people will purchase a roof once or twice in their lifetime, it was awesome that Nick was very informative and thorough without pushing to 'make a sale'. Summer Breeze Roofing was the first estimate I got, so I did get several more. There is a difference. Summer Breeze uses top quality materials, but even more importantly for me, the price is All-Inclusive! Refuses to cancel permit company took out on my residence when I never hired them to do the work.
Received an estimate in Dec 2019. The Owner Eddy was quick to hand me a pen to sign away. When I said I am not ready to decide yet he stated if I could just sign the right to commencement for permitting to save him a trip if I do decide to go with them (big mistake on my part, I know). I decided NOT to go with them. Gave them a courtesy call and let them know. Well they got a permit on my property anyway and they called a couple days before I had planned to replace my roof that they were dropping off supplies. Supplies???? What supplies I NEVER HIRED YOU! Contacted several times to cancel the permit they took out on my property when I NEVER SIGNED A WORK ORDER.... Never picked out shingles. Very pushy!!! Its March and Eddy still has yet to cancel the permit after I asked him to. The other company did a fine job and thankfully there were no issues with the permitting for them. Bad business practice seems a bit shady. Just saying. Could you please cancel the permit you took on my house!

My back porch flat roof has been nothing but trouble for 39 years. Since it obviously needed replacing for the fourth time, I asked a neighbor for a referral. Summer Breeze's owner came out promptly and gave me a solid estimate. He promised a firm number with no add ons for unforeseen problems. They performed the job to include bringing it up to current hurricane standards in one day. The workers were courteous and they cleaned up well. They provided the release of lien at closing. I couldn't ask for better service and I highly recommend their service.

Eddie is a man of his word. No hidden charges. Like some other companies I found out what have charged me more if I didn't actually read the estimate they gave me. They work with me on payment. Without them and a new roof out of lost my home. I'm in the service construction business and I know how people should be treated, and these guys are one class on by themselves. That class is at A+

We had an excellent experience getting a new roof through Summer Breeze. Our home is near downtown on a standard city lot and it had to be quite a challenge as there is limited access to the roof because of landscaping, a car port, and a covered porch. The crew that did our roof did a great job working around the obstacles. The roof looks great!

Eddie/owner from Summer Breeze Roofing came down the day I called that I had some leaks in my roof. After obtaining a few other estimates, within a few days I contacted him and he came that evening with contracts. Due to my concern over active leaks, he sent someone down to put a tarp on a few days later awaiting my new roof. The tarp did not last long after a storm that evening, but 2 days later they sent someone down to put it back up for me. The new roof was actually put on two weeks later which was great. The crew showed up at 8 a.m. sharp and started the job. The job took a little over a day which was shorter than I had even expected. After the first day, I noticed one of the high beams under the roof was coming down. I contacted Eddie and he sent someone to repair it.....that gentleman was great! During the job, Eddie was very accessible via text which was a great way of communication for me. As part of the contract, a wind mitigation inspection was included and painting of two ceilings which had some stains were included. The wind mitigation inspection was done right away and I'm currently waiting what I am expecting to be a nice reduction in my windstorm insurance. My release of lien did have my name spelled incorrectly meaning I could not file it on the land records, but while it took about 2 weeks to get the correct one, I did receive it today. The roof looks great. I'm happy with the 15 year warrantyWhile I hope I will not have to use it, I hope that if I do, my contacts will go smoothly as did my roof. Very happy with roof and anxiously awaiting a hard rain and hoping I'm good for many years. :). I will tell folks though, that while they do go over area to pick up nails, be careful with pets and yourself as I still found about 15 of them. The only thing that I'm not so happy with is the fact that while the painters came within a week, there was an area that needed touching up and they said they'd come back. It's been 4 weeks now and it doesn't appear that they will be returning even though I contacted them several times. In any case, I have already recommended Summer Breeze to a friend who has also used them.

Ridiculously impressed!! Nobody has "Where do I go for a new roof" experience. Same here. I met the owner, Eddie D., and was sceptly "sold". It was all he promised and more!!! The Pinellas County building inspector even came by on day two, went on the roof and came down and told me they were doing a great job. What a relief! Our new roof looks great!!! My house looks soooo much better!!!

Great company to work with. They were the only roofing company to come out and repair an emergency leak. The re-roofing went smooth and easy. Very professional.
