When my long time tenant moved out to his own home, I decided to use services of Sulthar Properties. It turned out to be a good decision luckily. It became clear that the property needed some significant improvement and repairs. It was right at this time that we got hit by lockdown due to sudden surge in the Coronavirus. But they had the people to meet the challenge. They worked hard to complete everything on time. They also started looking for a good tenant. As soon as the work finished, very shortly there after it got rented. During all this, I didn't have to do anything but I was in the loop in every thing they did. I couldn't have done this without their help especially during the lockdown. I am happy with their professionalism. It was a good start of our business relationship, and hopefully it will stay that way for a long time to come.

I am a tenant with Sulthar Property management company and I have recently received a foster child that I need to add to the lease. I called Sulrhar on Tuesday January 6th (3 days ago) to ask them to add this child to the lease but they have not been able to do so. This foster child is Autistic and has been out of school for 5 days today. Individuals with Autism need structure and to stick with a schedule. Not being in school has caused deregulation for her and is having a negative effect on her well being. I have explained to Sulthar that she needed to be added to the lease as soon as possible but nothing has happened.
