Sullivans Two Unlimited

Needed to have two Bi-Xenon bulbs changed on a 2006 VW Passat. Was charged over $320 for labor since I had the parts already. Called Zimbrick VW of Madison and their rate for the job was $180 or less and called Fillback Ford of Richland Center, who doesn't even specialize in Imports, and their rate would had been $210. Completely ripped off and will never be back again. So much for trying to stay local!!! Will be reporting to Revdex.com for unbelievable charges!!!!!!! Also, asked twice before dropping off vehicle how much it would cost and the lady said she didn't know because it depended how much they had to take off to get to the bulbs. The amount of time an experienced Imports service center, such as Zimbrick VW of Madison or Sullivan's Two Unlimited, should take to replace two bulbs is 1.5 hours maybe just a little more. Ripped off and will never go back again!!!!!

There are few businesses that I would recommend, however, I've had so many positive experiences with Sullivan's over the years I just wanted to share with others.

They have always given me a fair price for their work and they always fix the problems. Recently they, again, went beyond the call of duty to get my car fixed after hitting a deer. Even gave me a loner car to use while it was being worked on. You would be hard press to find another service center like them! Thanks [redacted]!
