Review: Tried ordering [redacted] Marmalade on Dec. 6, 2013 intending it to be a Christmas present. I also ordered some chocolate in addition to that since the shipping was the same. My original order receipt:"1 ea.[redacted] Whiskey Marmalade - 12oz$5.991 ea.[redacted] Chocolate Dark Chocolate [redacted] Irish Whiskey$2.99$8.98Sub-Total:$6.50Flat Rate (Best Way):$0.00Shipping Insurance:$15.48"After a week, my order was still not shipped so I tried contacting the seller and never heard back. I finally received my order in the mail after Christmas but the Marmalade was not included, only the candy bar. I had to login to seller's website again (https://[redacted]/) to get my Order information:"12/06/2013Pending 12/21/2013ShippedYour order shipped via [redacted] with tracking #(REMOVED). Enjoy and remember you can always find more great Irish gifts and natural products at [redacted]Note: We are out of stock in the Marmalade."I was not charged for the Marmalade but still had to pay the $6.50 shipping for the item I didn't really want in the first place. Seller should have contacted me to see if I still wanted to proceed with order. I basically paid $10 for a candy bar now.Furthermore, the seller is still advertising the Marmalade on their website for $5.99 with no indication it's unavailable. Seller also has a storefront on [redacted]: [redacted] & me=[redacted] There they sell the same Marmalade for $40 and [redacted] indicates they have 8 left in stock. So they are lying to me or are lying on the website about it's availability.I tried contacting seller again about this and still have not received a response. This doesn't seem like an honest way to run a business to me. I think a lot of this could have been resolved with even just a small amount of communication on their part.Desired Settlement: Seller should send me the [redacted] Marmalade owed to me for agreed upon price of $5.99 with FREE shipping (since I've already paid for that once)Or I would like a refund on my entire order. I'm willing to ship the chocolate candy bar back as well but should also get to charge the same $6.50 in shipping and handling for sending it back.

All sales at [redacted] are final. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit. Shipping insurance is available and calculated at checkout for domestic orders. Insurance provides a replacement order or refund excluding shipping and handling.

These terms are repeated after checkout success that all sales are final. Mr. [redacted] was sent what we had in stock at that time. He was also ONLY charged for what was shipped. Shipping is also advertized on the front page of the website and repeated before a customer submits their order that we charge a Flat Shipping Fee of $6.50 regardless if you order 1 or 1,000 items. The final purchase would be correctly total at $9.49 which $2.99 for the chocolate bar and $6.50 for shipping.

Prices for products change and are not set in stone. The product (maramlade) for which we now have new stock is no longer available at $5.99. We would not be able to ship the remainder of that order as this order is considered closed/filled. Mr. [redacted] is more than welcome to place a new order via our website or any other marketplace we sell on.

We hope that we have addressed and answered all issues raised with regards to the complaint.

Review: I had made an order (order [redacted]) with their company and it wasn't until they got my credit card information, did they inform me that it wasn't in stock and would take 2-4 weeks. It also explained that I could not cancel my order,even though it wasn't in stock. Regardless, I demanded they cancel my order. They totally ignored me. I requested again and they continued to ignore me. At present, I demanded again that they credit my account of the $56.00 and some change they charged my account against my wishes. In fact, their 2-4 weeks is beyond 5 weeks they had used as their ship time. And they have moved from their street address, but it is still listed on their website. I'm beyond frustrated and feel duped. I also feel that they are thieves.Desired Settlement: I just want my order #[redacted] cancelled and for them to refund my money!

Review: I ordered a product which was returned to sender by the post office because it was undeliverable. I was charged for the product and contacted the company on several occasions by email and phone to make alternate arrangements to have the product shipped to me. I left voicemail messages, since they NEVER answered the telephone and emailed this customer. I still have not recieved a response back regarding this merchandise and it has been over a week now.I contacted my credit card and am in the process of disputing the charges but I am very upset that it had to go to this extent. All I wanted was a response and to receive the product I ordered.After researching the company, I noticed most feedback of this company was the same issue that I was going through. Customers didn't receive the products they ordered and the company NEVER responded to their customers. Their DUNS# ##-###-####. Their PAYDEX is a 68, which shows they are slow payers. So basically they take my money for nothing and have a hard time paying their suppliers. That doesn't seem fair.How does a company do business like this. This is not fair and being that I am not the first one, I felt it was only right to contact you. Please help!!!! I don't want anyone else to be put through what I have been put through. I am just thankful it was only about $20 worth of merchandise and that it was for me and not a gift for someone else.Desired Settlement: I want my money credited to my account, which hopefully by disputing the charges my credit card will take care of but I also want others to know so they dont order from this company.I want this company to contact their customers when problems arise. Their customer service STINKS right now.

I received your letter from the 28th of October for case ID [redacted]. [redacted] provided an invalid shipping address and we just recently received the package back. The notice attached to package from USPS states, "No Such Number" for the address that customer provided. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid address.

Customer sent an email asking for us to resend her package to a different address. When selling on [redacted], merhcants are not able to change an address once an order has been placed. We can only ship to what a customer provides. As a result, we have credited Ms. [redacted] a refund.

Review: I ordered two Taditional Celtic ceramic dinner plates off the on-line business web-site. I received a confirmation #[redacted] on March 17, 2014. They charged my [redacted] card $56.48 (including S & H). I waited a reasonable amount of time for the delivery 7-10 business days & it never arrived. So I politely sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. They never responded. I waited another couple of days & sent another email. No reply. I called their customer service phone number & got an answering machine that I left a message on. They never called me back. I called again a few days later & left another message & told them that if I didn't hear back from them I would be contacting you (Revdex.com) & still no response. So clearly they are a scam & certainly don't fear you or their reputation. This is a criminal act b/c they stole from me as well. I will be contacting the Consumer Protection as well to warn people of this fraudulent company. I feel violated, frustrated, stupid, angry and just very upset that this "company" has been allowed to even exist & practice under a "legitimate" name! I also will probably try to contact the Walla Walla police department to file a report. Who knows if I will ever get any satisfaction b/c I'm sure they probably couldn't be bothered w/my complaint but if "someone out there" cares I hope they will pursue this b/c I'm sure there are many more victims that are being swindled! Just a very sad situation b/c I have purchased many products on-line & luckily I've never had this type of experience before.

We sent [redacted] an email after she placed her order but apparently she did not receive and have contacted her again today to inform her we are out of stock. Ms. [redacted] has not been charged for this order. In our emails we have given Ms. [redacted] the option to wait for stock to arrive or cancel. Please advise.

Review: I ordered a product from Sullivan vitamins and Irish shop 10 days ago and received one email notification that my order was processing. I have called and emailed to find out the order status and after calling every day for a week I have had no response. I feel they have taken my money without providing my product. I did tell them I was going to contact the chamber of commerce which led me to the Revdex.com. I am filing this complaint due to lack of communication. If they are in business at least they could give a courtesy call and give an approximate ship date. If I don't hear about my order soon I will go to the attorney generals office and my bank to get my money back. I should have paid more through another source that was trustworthy. At this juncture I want my money back or my hat I ordered for my son.Desired Settlement: My money back or my hat delivered
