Sullivan Press

Review: I ordered items from Sullivan Press on October 20, 2012. They claimed to have the items in stock and ready to ship. Payment was completed via [redacted] on October 28th Unique Transaction ID # [redacted].

The items had not been received by December 20th, at which point I emailed the company with no response. I emailed again 2/1, 3/15 and 4/9. I called sullivan press using the following number: [redacted] and left a message. [redacted] returned my call and stated that [redacted] was away until Friday, and that he would mail the items out the following Monday. to date nothing has been received.Desired Settlement: Either fulfillment of order or refund for 43.40
