We have answered all calls,and have visited property several times We are sending HVAC tech out to again check out system Entergy electric has a program called Power to Care which helps those that may need assistance

Customers electricity bill from 11/13/14-12/16/14 is $667.62(the breakdown is as follows,207.96 past due,168.06 fuel charge ?,4.78 franchise fee,286.82 actual electric charge.) Bill from 12/16/14-01/16/15 is $638.43(the breakdown is as follows 123.00 past due,188.04 fuel charge ?,5.35 franchise fee,322.04 actual electric charge.)   We have answered all calls,and have visited property several times.   We are sending HVAC tech out to again check out system.   Entergy electric has a program called Power to Care which helps those that may need assistance .
