Just bought $100,in vehicles at Sullivan in one weekendAfter buying the "protection packages" they gave e an appointment and sent my new GMC Sierra in for the protectionWhen my truck returned, the white truck was covered with black tar from the undercoating, ALL chrome was stained by solvents and the interior protection was splashed on and sprayed all over the interior finish components and running down the doors (dashboard, instrument cluster, headliner, console and puddles in the bottom of the rear sliding window track)They splashed the undercoating tar onto the door speaker on interior of driver door and it actually ran inside the speaker mesh which I still can't get cleaned outThe worst part was the 14" scratch that they put in the hood of my brand new $55,truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hours later (my wife and I feverishly trying to clean), we are still sweating in the degree heat and humidity to try and clean and detail my truck back to the condition it was in before I sent it in to have the $1,protection package appliedTo think...I spent all that money for protection only to have them destroy my vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you feel you have to buy a vehicle from these guys, do not pay for the protection package!!! you can pick up the same stuff for $at *** and put it on without trashing your carSolutionThe owner of the company they used stopped by and told me he was sorry it happened, that it shouldn't have happen, BUT, he can see how it could happen and asked me if "I have ever made a mistake"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...⇄ Classy, huh????? There was no mistake! Anyone of the problems may have been a mistake, but for everything that was done, that is a clear case of horrible quality shop, periodI had already dropped my wife's brand new $53,Buick Enclave off to have the protection package appliedShe called immediately and stopped them from touching her car and we went back and picked her car up and are still waiting on word of reimbursement from Sullivan on her package she paid for!!!
Horrible Experience and will never go backOf course, they made $110,on us in one day, so I'm sure they don't care if they ever see us again!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried selling me fwd enclave saying it was awdRan my credit n was about to sign the papers when I saw its says it's not awdThey kept saying sorry n wanted to sell me a newer oneTypical used car scammers from the GM to the finance guyPlease stay away

I, [redacted] the Service Manager here at Sullivan Buick GMC contacted Ms. [redacted] on April 28th. She explained to me her concerns about the work that...
needs to be done on her car. She can only come in on a Saturday. Ms. [redacted] and I agreed on an appointment for May 10th at 12:00pm. There was an obvious misunderstanding on April 26th. We were going to attempt a repair on a 5 year old car with 143,000 miles on it. As a goodwill gesture I offered to do this at no charge to her. Ms. [redacted] has had no out of pocket expense regarding this concern. Unfortunately, the repair was not to her satisfaction. When Ms. [redacted] returns on May 10th, we will repair the loose trim panel to Ms. [redacted]'s satisfaction.
