Sullivan Brothers Nissan Reviews (28)

We have reviewed Ms. [redacted] deal.  Ms. [redacted] was leasing a 2015 [redacted] at the time she came to Sullivan Bros.  The vehicle had recently been damaged, and she wanted to get out of the [redacted] and into something larger.  Since we were not trading the car and therefore not paying it off,...

the damage to the car and remaining payments had to be addressed.  Ms [redacted] ageed to paying to have the damage repaired prior to returning the car to NILT and had opted to make her remaining payments herself.  The vehicle was repaired and returned to NILT, there was no payoff involved.  There is nothing on the purchase and sale,on the "due Bill" or any other piece of paper showing the vehicle was to be traded and paid off, or that Sullivan Bros was participating in payments. If Ms. [redacted] would like to send us a copy of the End of Lease Liability statement she received from NILT, we can review it and perhaps assist her with the amount due.   [redacted]

I have been having issues with my Email.  this complaint has been received and printed for the sales manager to review immediately.  I will have an response by the end of the day

It deeply affected my credit! And the credit card is still open despite all my call to cancel it and shut it down! All because these guys! I deliberately told these men no, that I would not and was not going to open anything with them. So not only did they trick me into something but they took adavantge of a young single mother. These men are predators. It’s appalling the Revdex.com is doing nothing about this. This company is scamming people especially woman they think will fall for it. I have two friends who are women who have told me they’ve also experienced horrifying experiences here with these sales “manager” and reps. This is just appalling. I’m coming forward and reporting this, not only for what I’ve suffered on my end and all that I’m left dealing with trying to fix because of them. This just isn’t right.   Regards,

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . They signed me up for a credit card without my consent for $5,000. I received a letter in the mail confirming the credit card that I made perfectly clear I was not interested in! I said several times I did not what it and they did it anyways. This completely brakes the patriot act. I called the credit card company and they were appailed and said it was going to be investigated. This dealership is running a scam tricking people into this. They seriously opened it without my approval! And it completely went through because the credit card company contacted me! Again they approached me at the dealership about the credit card and I made it crystal clear that I was not interested and would not be opening anything with them. They prayed on a young single mom who entered the store with her 9 month old daughter just for an oil change. And now my credit score has gone down greatly because of it. This is absord and completely inexcusable.

As we have stated before...  The customer was reimbursed for any and all funds put on deposit for the vehicle.  We have written to [redacted] to find out if any impact on her credit score.

Thank you for providing a copy of one of the repair orders. I have reviewed the document and have issued a check to Ms. [redacted] in the amount of 72.56based on the copy she sent, she was required to pay an additional 36.28 over the coupon value and as she had 2 done , I reimbursed her for both.  As I stated in my original response, I have reached out to our JMA representative who is helping with the issue of the remaining 3 free oil changes remaining.I hope to have that resolved in the next day or two, in the meantime, the check will go out in tomorrows mail. [redacted]

We have review the purchase of Ms. [redacted]'s deal.  Sorry for the delay, but her name was [redacted] when she purchased the vehicle in 2016As part of a used car purchase at Sullivan Bros Nissan, each customer is given a 3/36,000 mile pre-paid maintenance plan for 6 oil changes at 6,000 mile...

inervals The first oil change she had done, she had performed here at Sullivan Bros. and we absorbed any cost adjustment.  However, it appears that she had the next 2 done at another dealership, who is not required to extend the service at the price the coupon pays.  If Ms. [redacted] could forward to me the copies of the 2 oil changes she had done and was billed an additional amountof money, I will be happy to reimburse her.  As for the next 3 she is entitled to.. I have a call into our JMA rep to see what we can do to convert the plan so she will not have any issues.  I cannot promise that will be able to happen. But lets start with getting her reimbursed for her out of pocket expenses thus far, and I will work on our Rep [redacted]

This is not an accurate representation of what occurred. I went in to utilize the pull ahead program which I have in the past. Online it states they will pay off the existing payments of the previous lease. I have never had any issues with this in the past. The salesman assured me several times verbally that I 'would be free and clear' from my [redacted] lease owing no payments. This is the purpose of the pull ahead program I would have never traded in my vehicle had I known they would not be paying it off. It was dishonest of them to make a verbal deal and then back out with no discussion. As far as the dent, I put $1100 down plus first month deposit. I was told $500 wear and tear would be with the trade in then another $500 of the $1100 would cover the dent leaving the remaining $600 for other fees. Sullivan called [redacted] for a payoff figure on June 8 after the deal went thru then all of a sudden decided they were not going to pay it? This is an awful way to run a business. As far as giving you the bill, you have a copy. It shows the balance of the remaining payments. I have tried to call there to discusse but no one will be upfront and honest. If you are willing to pay the payments as you agreed to verbally, please put it in writing here as I no longer trust anything that is said verbally from you. It is very sad that this is how the business is run and unfortunate that you take advantage of people. I have spoken to [redacted] headquarters and even they said they are shocked that the dealership is not honoring paying off the [redacted] lease and they've never encountered anything like this. If you want to make it right all I'm asking for is what the salesman, [redacted], agreed to on 3 separate occasions. To blatantly try and mislead someone and not put a verbal agreement in writing is not acceptable.
Regards,
