This is to inform in return of the filed complaint that customer called us and said I am getting some viruses and my computrr is not working fine and wgave him three options for a one time repair $ 100, one year security + repair for $and all devices included support for years for
$after completing the complete repair when we asker for the payment they called us start yelling that you are scam we dont want it but the work was already done still we didn't charged them and canceled the services they can check with their bank we never charged and processed their card it was canceled same day thank you and I requestThe officer to kindlyClose the complaint as its already solved by us same day we dont know why they asked for it again

Hi we got the customers call regarding fixing her computer and she chose years service to install securities and repair machine and paid $for the service after we fixed it she said I ma very happy with service and she signed a contract
for that then after few weeks she called and said by mistake I got this fixed this was not my machine its my states computer we said mam we fixed the problem as you had asked that time , she said no I dont want to listen anything I changed my mind and I need my money back now any how or I will complaint to Revdex.com we said of course you can mam as Revdex.com is not only for customers Its also for compnaies who are facing issue like this..but I told her mam I am still trying my level best to do something to get your money back so that some of the amount can be refunded and we will do that for sure
