I requested a survey service from [redacted] Suit and while talking to him I discussed paying for additional survey services all the way to the getting the FEMA Elevation certificate for final/finished construction up front as I was planning on building soon. I am a DOD employee and got notified my job was moving to Ohio. I have since requested on several occasions a refund of the 1000.00 and [redacted] refuses to answer any attempts and this is getting so old but I refuse to paid for something that was never done. I have request hard copies of the survey anything that proved he surveyed my land and again no response. [redacted] was refer to me by a friend/builder and now this is also make me question this builder also. Bad experience dealing with this person/business.
