contractors were called to submit proposals or recommendations as to how to remove the wax finish from the flooring. Both proposals came back as recommended to replace wood floors due to removal of wax will remove the floorings top finish and it could not be repaired. Photos were sent to [redacted] and Insurance company did not request photos they requested a copy of the lease contract which was sent to the insurance agency upon [redacted]'s approval. Property Manager had a conversation with roommate [redacted] a week prior and at the end of the conversation I stated that I had reached out to Regional Manager to inquire about removal of wood flooring charge or reduction of charge for wood flooring replacement. I received approval to remove the total charge and revised the move out statement to reflect no charge for wood flooring replacement.
