Suit World

I am extremely frustrated with this business. I don't know how they stay in business. It is difficult to reach anyone by phone and they don't return email correspondence. I ordered two suits from them. I received one, but the other was backordered. At the time of this writing, I ordered the suit two months ago. I have requested that the order for the second suit be cancelled and my credit card be credited, but that has not happened after several requests. As far as I am concerned these people are crooked and they should not be in business at all. Stay away from them. They show unconcern for their customers. I would give them an "F" rating.

I ordered 3 items (5 pieces) from Suit World Online on the 19th May 2015 via their website www.suitworldonline.com and up until today 15th July 2015, I am yet to receive the order.
Even after leaving various voicemails on their contact number [redacted] (as no one seemed to answer the phone), no one even bothered to call me back.
I have also sent numerous emails with no reply.

Review: On May 14th I placed an order at Suitworld Online [redacted]or US$ 693.93, amount which was immediately charged to my credit card.

Until now I have not received any notification of shipment and every time I access my account it indicates that the order is "Awaiting Fulfillment".

I have written e-mails, recorded voicemails and sent messages through the various channels provided by the website and none sofar have been replied.Desired Settlement: I wish my order to be canceled and request an immediate credit to my credit card for the amount I have been charged.
