I was very surprised to receive this complaint, as I had not been contacted by Mr*** previously regarding any concerns with his property. Although these things rarely happen, the contract which Mr*** signed, states the consumer is to contact us about any concerns in a timely
fashion. We then arrange to return to the home, assess the situation and offer a fair solution. Unfortunately this opportunity did not come about in this caseThat being said, I will do my best to respond to Mr ***'s concerns in my response below. Regardless as to whether our contract was followed I will offer a refund of the inspection fee in the amount of $when the attached document has been signed by Mr *** and returned to meIn response to the electrical wire/safety hazard. I am not able to comment on this as the location was not disclosed. I am not able to cross reference report or photos with this limited information. In addition, I have no way to verify if indeed these wires were exposed at the time of inspection, or if this occurred by a removal of a fixture after inspection/prior to closeGarbage disposal was in working order at the time of inspection.
