We are extremely sorry that we were not able to perform our services as contractedAs we have explained in previous correspondence, we experienced an office fire that completely destroyed all of our equipmentImmediately following the weekend of the fire, we reached out to various contractors to
replace us at all of our upcoming eventsThe particular contractor that we chose to replace us at your event, unfortunately, failed to follow through on their obligationsUnder circumstances, we would have been able to send another one of our employees with backup equipmentDue to the fire, no back up equipment was available for us to useWe did try to contact other companies to take our place even after we notified you of the cancellation.We have processed a full refund (see attached) in the amount of $400.00.I want to clarify that we have never lied to youI completely understand your frustration -- this is not a situation that we expectedWe are working together as a team to find ways to ensure that this does not happen to any of our clients in the future.Once again, we sincerely apologize for this and want to reiterate that a full refund has been issued
