I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The business isn't telling the whole story. The driver was thrown in jail & they didn't know his last name or how to reach him. They called at 9:15 pm wanting to deliver the wheelchair to an 87 year old with terminal cancer because they just happened to be in the area! Ridiculous... How many 87 year olds do you know who are up at that time. Then they were going to deliver another evening & at the last minute tried to charge a deposit. When I told them no I had another one reserved with a different company so I was canceling with them after trying to get gh chair for a week. They called an hour later and said they'd wave the deposit. I told them we had already gotten a chair from a reputable medical supply company. They were not very reliable & unprofessional. I will never do business with them again.
