Sugar Land Appliance Repair

I hired this company in September 2019 to repair my samsung front loading washer after I was referred by a friend. The same tech was dispatched to my house three times for repair issues. I was told it was repaired each time only to find out it was not repaired properly. This machine is only three years old. After the third time I was unable to get in touch with the company. A female answered each time that I could get in touch with them. After that, each time I called, someone would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Eventually I started calling from different numbers and they would answer. I've asked for a manager or supervisor and a gentleman would answer. Machine is operable but doesn't function properly. I called again today and spoke to the same gentleman asking for him to please send another tech out that is more knowledgeable with my type of washing machine. He said he would have a supervisor get in touch with me. When I asked for the name of the supervisor I would be getting a call from, he simply said Henry and refused to give the last name due to privacy. When I asked for his name, he again would only give me his first name, which he said was Roman. He then promptly said goodbye and hung up. After further research, I found there is no physical address on their website, only the city and zip. They also have the Revdex.com emblem on their home page. I have already paid them $521 for repairs paid in two separate checks. I have given them ample time to resolve this issue. I would appreciate any help you could offer.
