was $including taxI never heard from him until he came by in the morning demanding his money to be refunded because he stayed at the wrong placeAs I explained I lost $because he entered the wrong email when making the reservation, never called to correct the mistake, even though my policy is you must read your emails after making a reservationHe did not answer his phone and then went to the wrong addressIf he had made mistakes instead of I could have corrected the situationBut at least he made it to the right city! Review: I made a Hotel reservation on Dec. **. 2014 with Booking.com to stay at Sugar Hill Harlem From. Dec. ** / 3pm. Dec. ** / 11am. Check out, It was a house that was made into a Hotel. My girlfriend had booked it once before and she and I stayed there. Being we stayed there before went to what we thought was sugar Hill Harlem Inn. Upon arrival I told the manger that I had a reservation for and overnight stay but my phone was dead. So he went in the back to check his computer came back and Informed me that they had no record of my reservation. I told him that it was through [redacted] at a rate of 70 dollars for the evening. He said they never booked the hotel for that rate. and if we wanted to stay it would be 151 dollars. So my date and I gave him 151/dollars to and I told him that I would check my bank account to see if I was charged. Before Checking Out I checked my back account on my laptop and saw they charged me 151.dollars. So I came downstairs to talk to the [redacted] about it and the Secretary told me I had to go next door. Then I met another [redacted] who said that there are two different Hotels, Sugar Hill Harlem In and Sugar Hill Harlem Suite and that the [redacted] should have told me to come next door. I said to him I paid cash I stayed next door and the [redacted] there never made mention of there being two separate Hotels. When I called Hotel.com They said there’s no record of it being two separat Hotels just one Sugar Hill Harlem Inn. No Sugar Hill Harlem Suite on recored. The rep. from Booking.com said he would call The Sugar Hill Harlem Inn. He called me back and said they refused to refund my money even though I didn’t technically stay because they were trying to contact me. I was so upset that I called the police and they told me that I would have to contact better
Revdex.com. and possibly file a small claims suit.

I get reservations through booking.com and people just don't show up,so I ran the credit card and I only got $65. The total was $151 including tax. I never heard from him until he came by in the morning demanding his money to be refunded because he stayed at the wrong place. As I explained I lost $86 because he entered the wrong email when making the reservation, never called to correct the mistake, even though my policy is you must read your emails after making a reservation. He did not answer his phone and then went to the wrong address. If he had made 2 mistakes instead of 3 I could have corrected the situation. But at least he made it to the right city! However the charge stands since I did everything I could to make sure he was able to get here since many people arrive late, which in fact he said he did.
