Review: Company provided transfer service on August 23, 2013. Charge was $1976.00. Medicare paid $1760.17. I was billed $215.83 which I paid. I later realised that my co-insurance should have paid the balance, and provided them with the necessary information. I have received information from my co-insurance - [redacted] - indicating that the $215.83 had been paid to the ambulance service. I haven't received my refund from the ambulance service. I last spoke with them the last week of August, and was told that I should receive my check by the second week of September. I tried to call them several times yesterday,and their automated phone system is not working. The same is true today.Desired Settlement: The ambulance service has received their money from my co-insurance. I want my refund of $215.83.
