about seeing a Periodontist regarding your gum disease and bone loss, it could have potentially prevented the progression.Since I hold myself to very high quality standards and believe in utmost customer satisfaction, I offered you to refund you our office fees which we have charged till date for Dental Bridge treatment. As you know the total charges for Dental Bridge treatment (including office fee and Lab/supplies was $4030. And I am still good on that promise of refunding you the amount of $2740 which is our office fee (includes insurance payment & your co-pay) but does not include the lab and supplies cost of   $ 1,290.  However the total amount quoted by you of $4,928 is inclusive of prior treatment related to Exam, X-Ray, Dental Cleaning, Stayplate and Extractions which were not part of the Dental Bridge treatment.I am sorry for all the inconvenience it has caused you and as a gesture of gratitude I am willing to take greater loss in this case by offering you additional 10% on top of already offered amount of $2,740. That would bring your total refund amount to $3014.I sincerely hope that you will accept this final offer of refund and bring permanent closure to this grievance by signing the final release.
