Revdex.com: Although I have been late on a few payments As I said in my complaintI was only coherent to one late fee Not multiple on one billing cycle And when I speak to a customer service rep The communication should be clear Direct even apologize for not communicating that information to me But the company as a whole will not take responsibility for the actionsI'm not understanding when I'm late one week The payment is one thing and then another week I owe more money Then the previous week The math doesn't add up I will meet with their representative To see what can be done But I'm doubtful that I will be satisfied

[redacted],      Portage Financial Services certainly does not arbitrarily add random costs of fees to any customer, including [redacted].  I checked his account briefly and it does not appear [redacted] is paying per the terms of his contract.  Payments are made on...

dates other than the due date and in amounts different than required.  This activity often may trigger late fees.   We understand [redacted] is making an effort to keep his obligation, so I would recommend meeting with our collection manager for a full review of his account and to devise a plan to get his payments back on track.  We are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 6:00pm.  We will help any way we can.Thank you.Michael M[redacted]
