The staff are knowledgeable in there field and and extremely friendlyI did have to wait in a line because it is a very busy time of the yearBut when I reached the clerk, he really cared about me! He apologized for the wait and asked how I was doing, we had a conversation about my family in ***, all while he got my shipment typed up and printed offBefore I knew it I was finished and out the door and I forgot all about the waitI was very satisfied with the experience and will proudly say I will always go there to send my packages
