Hello,The customers order had S/M in itAt the time we only had S/M leftOur new stock was due to arrive about a week after the order was placed(Which it came back into stock 4/25)We do apologize that our customer service never contacted the customer to let them know it would be about a week before it shippedThis was a mistake on our part, I do understand thatBut we received an email from the customer stating that since their order hadn't shipped yet, they wanted to cancel it and wanted a full refundThe instant we got that email, we issued a full refund and cancelled the order per their requestSince we issued a refund as they requested, we are uncertain as to why they have made a complaintWe have been 100% honest with them, and have issued a full refund

I am rejecting this response because:
The customer service is horribleIt is also interesting that your website said you had dresses in stock at the time (i may be slightly off on that number)When I made my fist order, the incorrect color, there were dresses in stockI ordered dressesSo you mean to tell me the dresses of the wrong color I bought were magically the exact same sizes I needed? I would also like to add I only ordered S/M so I am not sure where that information came from eitherIt seems this company only has somewhat of a customer service care only when the customer has turned to outlets such as Revdex.comI also don't appreciate that the company is lying in their responsesIt is unfair and wrong customer serviceI would also like to point out the email that continues to go ignored unless it is addressed through my Revdex.com complaintTerrible service.
