confusion, I waived all service charges and late fees as to appease member. Mr. [redacted] just yesterday emailed us the correct medical letter, in addition I called him to inform him we received his letter and that his late fees have been waived and that membership will be cancelled immediately once past due balance is satisfied. Member was happy with the solution and matter has been solved. I am waiting for member's payment to process and he will be cancelled as per our agreement.
