March 13, 2017Customer's complaint was that they called several times about their refund and that they were told different times that is was mailed out.Customer requested a refund of $on 7/11/On 11/8/it was cancelled as it was not received and/or cashedCompany reissued a refund
check on two more occasions due to incorrect mailing addressesFinal refund was mailed on 3/1/17.We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may have causedOur intention is to resolve every issue on the first attempt and to the satisfaction of the customer, Unfortunately, this didn't happen for *** ***.The refund was mailed to the correct address and we ask that this matter be closed.Thank you,Kevin L Customer Service Supervisor
