Miele Vacuum Model CClassic Home Care purchased on October 13, in the amount of $from Sue & Bob's Vacuum & Sewing Machine Center and has a problem the machine flips over when you vacuum I went back to Sue's and Bob's, Sue was very rude and told me she could not discuss the issues with me and that I would have to talk to Bob I made an appointment with Bob met him at the store and he told us that he has heard of the problem and it was caused by a "German" design flaw He said for another $I could purchase another model that would not flip over When I purchased the machine I was told it was the best machine on the market, works great with no problems It wasn't until I went back I saw a small sign saying no returns
