This response is tendered on behalf of Suddath Relocation Systems of...

Oregon, LLC (“Suddath”) in response to the Revdex.com complaint [redacted].
 
Suddath provided moving and storage services for Mr. [redacted] from November, 2015 to July, 2016. Mr. [redacted]’s goods were delivered out of storage to him in July 2016. However, Mr. [redacted] was inadvertently charged monthly storage fees through October, 2016. Mr. [redacted] is looking to receive reimbursement for the storage fees assessed after July, 2016.
 
Suddath will credit Mr. [redacted] $750.11 for storage fees then apply that credit to Mr. [redacted]’s unpaid invoice for Suddath’s previously performed unpacking and delivery services. Suddath and Mr. [redacted] are engaged in ongoing discussions regarding this matter and are working towards resolution.
