* To Whom It May Concern,   This response is tendered on behalf of Suddath Relocation Systems of Maryland, Inc....

(“Suddath”) in response to the Complaint.   Suddath provided storage container services for [redacted] Consistent with its strategic business decision to discontinue the provision of storage container services, Suddath notified **. [redacted] of its intent to terminate storage of her container and encouraged her to coordinate delivery of the container and to make alternative arrangements for the storage of her goods.   In response, [redacted] contacted Suddath to request the amount owing on her storage account and to arrange for payment of her balance. Suddath advised [redacted] that the total amount due for storage through October 31, 2016 was $845.00, and provided additional information to facilitate payment. Subsequently, [redacted] paid Suddath $845.00 and reached out to Suddath to schedule delivery of her container.   While working to coordinate delivery of the container, [redacted] was informed that she still had a balance on her account, and that it would need to be resolved before Suddath would deliver the container.  In light of her previous payment of $845.00, [redacted] raised concerns to Suddath regarding the lingering account balance. Suddath investigated Ms. Archbold’s concerns and discovered that when it transitioned Ms. Archbold’s account from its previous billing platform to its current platform, it did not properly transfer Ms. Archbold’s prior unpaid balance of $1,853.56.   As a good will gesture, Suddath waived the prior unpaid balance of $1,853.56, as well as Ms. Archbold’s November 2016 storage fees.  [redacted] paid Suddath $105.50 to deliver out the container.  As the parties were able to independently arrive at an amicable resolution, Suddath now considers this matter closed.   Suddath hopes this response is helpful to the Revdex.com.
