Suchko Landscaping

Review: I purchased mulch from this business in April 2015. It was infested with carpenter ants. I started seeing ants in my home in less than a week and had to contract with an exterminator. The exterminator has indicated the source of the ants is the mulch. I have spent a significant amount of money on extermination costs and I expect to spend more since they have not yet been completely eradicated. I contacted them by phone and my call was not returned. I personally visited Suchko Landscaping on June 12, 2015 and registered my complaint with them. The person I spoke to indicted he would have the manager call me. He took my name and phone number and no one has called me. I told them I wanted my money back to help offset the exterminator fees. The amount in dispute is $104.95. The amount of the exterminator fees to date is almost $300.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I would like to have my money refunded ($104.95) so that I can apply it to the extermination costs which are continuing.
