Success Office Systems

Complaint[redacted]Entered into a contract regarding a copier and a used printer at our office. We were according to the contract to receive a discount on the copier. The copier was purchased in December of 2012. Did not receive the rebate until July 2014. Made several attempts to talk to Management about this issue and it was not until we had sent Success Office Systems to collections did they pay part of the outstanding original amount. We have been charging them interest since May 2013, which they did not pay. They have also arbitrarily changed the service copy rate from 0.012 a page, which is stated on the contract to 0.012833 a page. They refuse to pay the interest, trade and taxes of $2824.69. We have an outstanding balance with them that they have taken to collections for $645.04, which we will not be paying. We had paid for prepaid blocks of copies, which we now have gone over by 5,571 copies. At the copy rate of 0.012, we would owe them a total of $66.85. They have not been able to explain to use how we owe 645.04. We have now been refused service for our machines. Desired SettlementWe would like our total amount owed of $2824.69 minus $66.85, which we owe them. We no longer want them servicing our machines and will be contracting it out to another company.
