He came back a second time with his wife, looked at it again and put a non refundable $***.** deposit as per most dealer contracts
His *** unit was taken on trade, he paid the balance on deliver *** ***
At this time we he saw the unit times before making payment
on *** **th, 55mm of rain fell in the *** area, he called said the slide leakedwe went "ON SITE" with steam cleaner and sealed the joints and windows in that areaHe was happy
about days later, the slide leaked a second time, much less and he said he knew where it was coming from, He put tape and said it stoppedwe repaired (ON SITE)where he said,
He was happy
his third complaint was the toilet did not hold watera third (ON SITE) visit, we removed the toilet, brought it to an independent RV service company he knows wellhe was happy
after the slide leaked again, (remember, we fixed where he said the leak was) he no longer wanted us to attempt repair
It does now have (one) ceiling panel that bubbled due to water, IT IS NOT A $**,***.** fix!
It is also not full of mildew!!, It had (one) spot in the compartment where sewer hoses, lawn chairs, firewood, etcis stored, that had a small spotIt was clean at delivery, they inspected ittimes!
Also, he states he did not use the trailer after *** *, ***His e-mail to us dated *** ***, he complained the toilet still does not work right!
The trailer was $***.** - $***.** trade
He paid HST on $ **,***.**He saved $***.**

He wanted us to reimburse him the full price + the $***.** he did not pay!
We explained, we can not give him money he did not paywe offered the full $**,***.**, the HST on $**,***.** that he paid minus the $***.** deposit
We prepped, serviced, licenced, had mvi done, delivered the new trailer, picked up his *** and delivered to his customerwe explained we need to recover some costs, he replied we can write it off

On *** he texted asking if I still have a *** *** he was interested in and later called and told me to make an offer on his
We are now almost months later, we made an offer by e-mail *** which he accepted in by e-mail ***
considering we are now looking at selling the unit next year, our offer was fairHe had it all summer
He should have accepted weeks earlier ***
***, we met, He and I both signed our agreement, we gave him his money, we picked up the trailer
This transaction is completeWe honoured the agreement, and so should he!
Although, all service was done on his site, at our expense, this still could have all been avoided if he didn't ask for more than he paid!
