*** *** *** was a regular costumer in witch I have doneprevious work on his vehicles (all fords)He brought me his truckabout a year ago because it had a check
engine light, I checked it andit said it had a few misfire codes, misfire in cylinder #’s 7&I explainedto *** that he has to take care of this problem ASAP because drivingthis truck like this for a long period of time can do a significant amount of damage. Then about a year later when he needed to pass inspection he broughtthe car to me last minute to rectify the above problemOn that day I was too busy to take a walk in costumer because I had appointments already lined up but he insisted on leaving the truck and he asked me if I could do him a favor by squeezing him inI then discussed with him theprocedure that I’m going to take and the price of what it would cost to solve the issueFirst what I wanted to do is change the spark-plugs and see if that solves the misfire and after that I will go from thereThe price for that was $435+tax with parts (spark plugs alone cost over $for this truck), he whittled my price down to $400+taxSo I proceed to remove and install the spark plugsCylinders 1-went in and out with no issue then cylinders 6-were hard to turn so I sprayed somepenetrating oil on the top of the three last spark plugs and waiteda few minuets, then I started tying to remove the last threeSpark plug broke out and left the tip in the motor, cylinder broke thenut part of the sparkplug only and the *** one left the porcelain stuckin the head (refer to this web address for a short video and list ofclass action lawsuits against Ford's flawed design***) like *** *** *** mentioned in his complaint "I've spoken withmany mechanics as well as ford, and have learned that this is a commonproblem"After this issue has occurred I called *** to tell him about the badnews and his response was to return everything back to how it was, I triedexplaining to him that its impossible at this pointHe did notunderstand what I was explaining over the phone so I told him to come down to theshop so we can talk about it and so I can show him my findingsWhen *** arrived to the shop I had a former Ford technician thereas well to explain and talk with him, he explained to *** thatthis was a common problem with this engine design and nothing I did waswrong it would of happened to anyone who would have tried to removethe spark plugs, especially cylinder number because it was drivenfor almost a year with it misfiring the whole time and that carbondeposits on that spark plug especially would of aided in the seizing ofthat plug along with the flawed engine design from ford. After this conversation with ***, he was on the brink of tearsbecause he said he doesn’t have the money to fix this, I felt very badfor him and offered to reduce my hourly rates from $hr to $hour andhe has to pay for the parts used to remove the head and remove thespark plug from the inside outHe agreed on the terms and we tried towork out some type of payment plan and that’s how we left offThe following day 11/*/I came in to work and his truck was goneIcalled him twice and he didn’t respondMy plan was to start working onthe car that day like *** and I Had discussed just the day beforeAt that point I wasn’t sure if it was stolen or he took it I didn’t know until Ireviewed the surveillance tape and saw that around 9:30am he and someother man in a ford pickup truck came and drove the car off of my lot.I have a feeling he didn’t want me to know he was taking the truck because he left his keys and the unpaid balance.I sent *** *** *** a letter stating that I’m willing to wavemy labor fees completely and only charge for the parts usedThefollowing day or two he brought back his truck from a different shopthat also tried to remove the plugsWe discussed our next plan ofaction with the truckHe kept saying he doesn’t have money for thepartsI then told him that because of his monetary issues I can takesome time to try to get the spark plugs out with out removing the headto save him the cost of the parts and he agreed and liked that idea.I Spoke with my local machine shop about this issue and theypointed me to a neighboring repair shop that dealt with a similar issue a few days prior, I spoke with them about trying to take the spark plug out andwe agreed on a price (the full amount of money was going to come out ofmy pocket because I was hoping they can save me time) and Isubcontracted the job to them. The truck stayed there for a while because of the pure nature of the job, and due to *** *** *** and his wife going to this shop and speaking with the mechanic causing confusion between both shops. At one point the other shops mechanic came with the wife to my shop and he stated that he can not continue working like thisThe following day I paid off my bill with him and took the truck back to my shop and stared to remove the all the parts needed to pull out the headAbout hours in to the tear down of the engine I received a call from *** ***’s wife yelling and cursing at me and stating that I stole her carA short while after I noticed *** and his wife parked outside my shop for about an hour waiting for the police to arriveIt seemed as though the officer knew them personally and told me to remove the truck from my shop with out paymentThe officer was reluctant to give me a report number in the beginning but finally gave it to me after multiple requestsMultiple times *** ***’s obnoxious wife came to my shop in an aggressive manner saying very derogatory things to meReasoning with her was impossible because all she was looking for was for me to say the wrong thing so she could use it against me in court.I have done everything I can, and have gone above and beyond trying to help these people and everything they have done so far seems like a set up for a scam They keep saying this is their only work vehicle but not only have I worked on their other work truck *** *** still comes to my gas station to fill up his other work vehicle

Review: [redacted] is the [redacted] of Subyking Motorsport Inc. He worked on changing the spark plugs on my 2006 Ford F250 truck. In doing so, three of the eight spark plugs broke. His original quote for the spark plug job was $400.00. Due to various problems with Ford trucks and the changing of spark plugs, sometimes the plugs break off. I've spoken with many mechanics as well as ford, and have learned that this is a common problem and anyone who works on Ford trucks is aware of the potential problem. [redacted] never expressed any concern in performing the job completely and never told me of the problems that may occur. Only after it was too late did he let me know that the plugs can break off and now wants to charge me $1300.00 to cover parts, to fix the problem. I explained to him that it is his fault that this problem happened because if he followed the proper procedure in removing the spark plugs on this particular truck, it would not have happened. I told him I was willing to pay for the original job cost, which was $400.00. He refused to make this situation right. He has had my truck held up for 5 weeks. This truck is my businesses primary vehicle and has delayed work and has lost my company thousands of dollars in revenue. Within those 5 weeks I have caught him in lies regarding my truck. He was rude and disrespectful towards my wife and I. I have tried to resolve this issue with [redacted] several times, but he has been argumentative and states "I'll take my chances in court".Desired Settlement: I would like my truck given to a certified Ford mechanic and [redacted] pay for any and all damages are related to the services listed above.

I caught him in lies through out this issue with him. If he wanted or tried to do the so called "right thing" then my truck which was brought in for an inspection

and then had a spark plug job done wouldn't have taken 6 weeks. And to top it off after 6 weeks the truck was still not fixed. He was told that day that we did not want him working on the truck because we did not trust him and after getting the run around for weeks we were done. The F250 Super Duty is my main landscaping truck. So, he shouldn't worry about what else I have for my business that's none of his concern. Needless to say, he did work on my other truck which wasn't fixed properly but that's a different story. Why I brought my other truck there again is beyond me at this point. Noam did not have a care in the world about making right on what he did wrong. He was rude and disrespectful to my wife when she tried every time to talk to him to try and resolve the issue. The lack of communication on his part is why I hired a lawyer to write him a letter stating that I was willing to pay the $400 to him to fix the truck but he did not inform us of how this job could have gone. That's bad business on his end. The letter was sent to him on November [redacted]. He responded nasty to the letter and refused to agree to it. On December [redacted], when I called the police it was because he went to the mechanics and took the truck back when the day before my wife specifically told him we did not want him working on the truck.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Subyking Motorsport Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted] Revdex.com, Subyking has not tried to rectify this problem with me at all. I have filed a small claim against the Subyking business. Our court date is set for March **, 2015. It's unfortunate that [redacted], as a business [redacted], could not do the right thing by his customer. We were patient and gave him ample time to do the right thing but unfortunately when dealing with shady, untrustworthy people situations like this could occur. Also, it goes to show what kind of person he is the way he tried to slander my wifes name in his response in his Revdex.com reply letter meanwhile she tried over and over again to come to some kind of compromise with him but there was no reasoning with stupidity.
