That is so not true about the 2 white guys. One guy is African American, [redacted] the other was White, [redacted]. Those all are false accusations about the return. First of all it had a 90 day warranty the owner kept stone...
walling and disrespecting me at the same time. I feel as if he played games until the warranty expired.[redacted] is my mechanic, [redacted] is the helper and tool man and he tell you exactly what was said [redacted] Cell number. Both of them took the transfer case back because it was not workable, even if it did have low miles on it. Between it being remove from the wreck car cause damage. Bottom line is I don't have money like that to give away for junk sold to me. I'm on a fix income these waiting games the owner continue to make different excuses for not returning my 370.08. The first one was we don't do returns. Second excuse the 90 day warranty is not cover, the third was you did not put oil in it. This cause hard ship on me The transfer case was for a 1997 Tahoe 1500 truck. That's still not fix due to the junk the owner sold. All I ask is for my refund so I can get my truck fix for doctors appointments transporting grandkids to and from school. And to make groceries. I never been through this. The owner has a pattern of behavior of doing this to African-American customers I have witness to it. All I ask for is a work Transfer or my refund. I also told the owner I was going to the Revdex.com. I guess he thought I was just talking. No I mean Business. His father was not like that may he rest in peace. I'm disable on SSI
Review: To whom it may concern, I [redacted] purchased a part for my truck, that's not any good from Subway Truck Parts Inc. 903 Del Paso blvd. (916)9250458 from [redacted] the owner. The part cost me a total of $320.08 my mechanic installed the part and tried it out while doing so it was making noise. My mechanic said something was broken inside the part. Which is called a transfer Cases. So I called the Subway Truck Parts Inc. to let [redacted] know the part was no good And that I was returning it for another transfer case or a refund.Desired Settlement: This part had a 90 day warranty on it. [redacted] will never give me his last name and played games with me back and forward stating that I did not put oil in, which it was oil in it. All I want is my money back for the part since he will not honor the warranty nor make good on the bad part he sold me. Please assist me in this situation.
