First I would like to know what time he came in to buy the sandwichAs he mentioned that he went back to the store and talked to the employee, I would like to know the name of the employee as all our employees carry name tagsI talked to
all the employees about this but nobody knows anything about itAlso I would like to see the receipt of the transaction and proof of his been treated for food poisoning
Secondly, I would like to bring to your attention that we prepare our breads twice a day and also meats are prepared once every daySo there is no chance of serving moldy tunaEvery prepared meat is labeled and even though the shelve life is hours, we don’t let it exceed 24hrs
Last, I would like to tell you that we have not received any other compliant about the food from any other customer during those times or before and afterI am a hanowner and I take utmost care in every aspect of my business

Review: At the subway restaurant owner serve and sell day or two moldy bread and old and smelly tuna also contaminated meat to the public. I got sick due to that food. I returned to that subway and complaint about that the worker sorry to me but she has to follow owner's instruction. I just do not to other customer get sick or food poison.Desired Settlement: They must pay my Dr bills due to their contaminated food I got sick.

First I would like to know what time he came in to buy the sandwich. I talked to all the employees about this but nobody knows anything about it. Also I would like to see the receipt of the transaction and proof of his been treated for food poisoning.
Secondly, I would like to bring to your attention that we prepare our breads twice a day and also meats are prepared once every day. So there is no chance of serving moldy tuna. Every prepared meat is labeled and even though the shelve life is 48 hours, we don’t let it exceed 24hrs.
Last, I would like to tell you that we have not received any other compliant about the food from any other customer during those times or before and after. I am a hands-on owner and I take utmost care in every aspect of my business.
