Review: I went into this location to buy 3 cookies (because I really love the rasberry cheesecake). When I went in, I saw that there was a sign that said 1 cookie for .50, 3 cookies for 1.40, and 12 cookies for 5.00. That was a no brainer so I decided to go with the 12 for $5. The attendent who wasn't wearing their name tag, told me that I'm wrong and that the price was 5.95. So I said, how could it be 5.95 when the sign says 5.00. The respectable thing to do is give me the cookies for 5.00 or offer to throw in an extra cookie. It is not my fault that The sign says $5, That is false advertising, and I know subways were in trouble of false advertising in the past. The money is no issue, its the fact that your sign says one thing, and your employees are saying something different. How can you run a business in this manner, and the sad part about the whole situation, is that the employee was extremely rude about it, like it was my fault. If this was anywhere else, I would have gotten an apology, and they would have given it to me for $5! I don't understand why in this case, I had to pay extra, and get treated like some second rate citzen. This is absolutley ubsurd, and I will be contacting the Revdex.com as well!Desired Settlement: I was treated very rude, and they advertised something and gave it to me for a different price. I even pointed out to the representative the price shown, and he told me that is wrong. Well if its wrong why is it up there. I understand mistakes are made, but in that case I should have gotten it for the price that was advertised. I would like to be reimbursed for my troubles, some sort of coupon or something. This is absolutley ridiculous that I should be treated this way.
