during the first visitTheother 15% we have to return to the customers home, sometimes multipletimesAs with anything electronic or mechanical there are so many factorsand parts involvedThe Bosca stove was sold by my distributor until 2012,then Bosca changed US importing companiesMost parts are in stock,however it is impossible to stock everythingI have at least customersright now with stoves from US manufacturers that have been waiting 2-3weeks for their parts to come in.The part we ordered for this particular customer came in about weeks afterNovember I called Mr*** myself and informed him that his partfinally came in and I could stop the next day ( I believe it was a Friday) toservice his stoveHe informed me that he had purchased another pelletstove somewhere else and would be picking up his part within the next fewdays to try and fix the stove himselfHe never picked up the part.If there was a miscommunication, then I do understand and apologize but hewas very firm and very upset on the phone last time we spokeAlso hestated he is not willing to pay any more money regardless of what is wrongwith his stoveWe at TAS are more than willing to put his new part in thestove and replace the screwsHowever, if there are any other parts needed,there will be an additional cost for parts and labor

He never called us to tell us the part was there, we have called many times and he keeps telling us the part isn't there, back ordered, if this is true can we pick up the part/parts??
