Please be advised that I am sending you this e-mail in regards to the above,On Nov,3rd Subway ran a national sandwich day where any customer who purchase a sandwich with a ozdrink gets a second sandwich for equal or lesser price free .This promotion was fully advertise for about two weeks prior to the start date via tv ,radio and internet saying buy a sub and a ozdrink and get a second sub for equal or lesser price freewe at store level have no control of the cash register for that daybecause the program is pre set from home office so this is automatic as long as you ring up any two sub and a oz drink for that day it calculate the offerThere were flyers and other advertising documents posted in the store prior to this offer.I am very sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused to any of my customers who had misunderstood the adbut if asked store employees would have gladly explain how it works.This was only for one day and was consider royalty free day I also do apologize for customer returning on the 6th three days later and spoke to my employees who could have done very little at that time to convenient customer because offer had already expired, where the offer clearly states you have to purchase the ozdrink to receive the offer.Again I apologize on behalf of the employees and the inconvenience it may have caused to anyone.If there is anything I can do please do not hesitate to contact meThank you

I should have got the free sandwiches as advertised on that "Sale day" and the employers had no clue!
The excuse provided is ridiculous..The least that Subway can do is send me a coupon for free sandwiches to keep my business

Review: I purchased three sandwiches on November 3rd (Election Day). Subway advertised "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" on TV, on Internet. I was charged for All three sandwiches and when I mentioned the advertisement the Manager said No!

and when I mentioned it again on 11/06/2015 showing my receipt He said I needed to buy a drink also and it was too late!

This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and POOR BUSINESS and CUSTOMER SERVICE!Desired Settlement: I would like FREE SANDWICHES FOR MY FAMILY OF 4 or Compensation of $50.00 for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND RUDENESS OF EMPLOYEE/MANAGER
