We have shipping costs and ebay fees on top of ordinary business expenses involved in every transaction. We have an upfront return policy in every ebay listing that is fully approved by ebay. When a buyer makes a purchase from us through ebay they essentially are agreeing to our terms - even if they are unaware of them. I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] feels that our terms are "unethical" but we do not make exceptions on our return policy unless we made a mistake.
