I have been waiting for a refund owed to me by Suburban Waste Services for an account that I terminated nearly months ago The company is completely non-responsive by phone or email - every single time I call, the woman who answers the phone says that she'll send a check request, but nothing ever arrives in the mail, and when I call back, I get the same response as before, because they refuse to process the check I would never have paid the bills in full, in advance, if I would have known that their customer service was so horrendous and that they would be so resistant to return to me the money they owe me
